We’re Chris and Dana Barron, partners in life and in business. Together, we built Build Syndicate with a mission to change the way construction serves people—especially those who need thoughtful, accessible, and functional spaces the most.
Our journey into construction wasn’t born from blueprints alone—it was shaped by lived experience. After a life-changing accident, we both faced the realities of navigating a world that wasn’t built for everyone. Chris, now a quadriplegic, brings firsthand insight into accessible design. Dana, who was also injured and later served as Chris’s primary caretaker, understands the operational, emotional, and logistical layers of support that truly make a space work.
